Backpackers Citi Hostel Dublin - FAQ's

  1. Where is Citi Backpackers Hostel located?
    Citi Backpackers Hostel is located on Lower Gardiner Street in the heart of Dublin. The Hostel is only a few short minutes walk to the central bus station and Connolly Train Station. The main shopping streets O'Connell Street and Grafton Street are also in close proximity.
  2. What are the Check In and Check out times of the Hostel?
    You can check into the Hostel at any time of the day. Hostel check out is at 11am on the day of departure.
  3. What happens if I arrive early and the rooms are not vacated yet?
    The Hostel has a secure luggage room where you can leave your luggage and collect it later your the room has been vacated and cleaned.
  4. Does the Hostel have a curfew?
    No, there is no curfew in our Hostel, the reception desk is open 24 hours 7 days a week.
  5. Can I stay long term in the hostel?
    Yes, we offer a great weekly rate on our hostel accommodation.
  6. Where can I park my car?
    We have a limited number of parking spaces to the rear of the Hostel. If possible, mention that you require a parking space when you book your bed or room. If all spaces are taken, you can safely park your car in either the Q-Park on Marlboro Street or the Irish Life Car Park on Lower Abbey Street. Further information will be given at the reception when you check in.
  7. Does the Hostel have free WiFi internet access?
    Yes, we have a free WiFi internet access area on the first floor of the hostel.
  8. Where can I leave my valuables?
    We have a locker at the hostel reception desk where all valuables can be stored free of charge.
  9. Is linen included in the price?
    Yes, it is included.
  10. Do you have a female only dorm option in your Hostel?
    Yes we do, but ensure that you specify this requirement when you make your booking.
  11. Do you have mixed dorms in your Hostel?
    Yes, but make sure you request this at the booking stage.
  12. Do you have private rooms in your Hostel?
    Yes, we provide single, double and triple rooms.
  13. Is there a kitchen?
    Yes,a self-catering kitchen is available on the ground floor of the Hostel.
  14. Is breakfast included in the price?
    No, we do not provide breakfast but our self-catering kitchen is open from 7 am.
  15. Do you hire out towels?
    No
  16. What is your cancellation policy?
    If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to the planned arrival you will be charged the full amount.
